Factores clínicos epidemiológicos de riesgo para pancreatitis aguda biliar recurrente en pacientes atendidos en el Hospital Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz – Puente Piedra, enero 2022 - julio 2023
Abstract
El estudio busca determinar si existen factores clínicos y epidemiológicos de riesgo para la pancreatitis aguda biliar recurrente (PAR). Objetivo general: Identificar los factores clínicos y epidemiológicos que actúan como riesgo para el desarrollo de pancreatitis aguda biliar recurrente. Objetivos específicos: Evaluar si la edad mayor a 60 años y el sexo masculino son factores epidemiológicos de riesgo para PAR. Determinar si el tabaquismo, el alcoholismo y la presencia de comorbilidades son factores de riesgo epidemiológico para PAR. Establecer si las complicaciones al primer ingreso, la colangiopancreatografía retrógrada endoscópica aguda (CPRE) y la hipertrigliceridemia son factores clínicos de riesgo para PAR. Variables: Independiente: Factores epidemiológicos (edad, sexo, tabaquismo, alcoholismo, comorbilidades) y factores clínicos (complicaciones al primer ingreso, CPRE, hipertrigliceridemia). Dependiente: Pancreatitis aguda biliar recurrente (PAR). Diseño metodológico: El estudio será de tipo observacional, analítico, retrospectivo, y de caso-control. Población y muestra: Todos los pacientes con diagnóstico de pancreatitis atendidos en el Hospital Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz (HCLH), Puente Piedra, durante el periodo enero 2022 a julio 2023. Muestra: 171 pacientes. Técnica e instrumentos: Técnica: Revisión documental de historias clínicas. Instrumento: Ficha de recolección de datos. Se utilizarán estadísticas descriptivas e inferenciales, incluyendo: Frecuencias relativas y absolutas. Promedio y desviación estándar. Prueba de Chi-cuadrado. Cálculo del Odds Ratio para medir la asociación entre los factores de riesgo y el desarrollo de PAR
