Correlación entre la ecografía pre operatoria y colecistectomía laparoscópica difícil en el Hospital de Vitarte, julio 2018 a mayo 2021
Abstract
La primera Colecistectomía Laparoscópica practicada en humanos, fue efectuada por,
Phillipe Mouret en Lyon en 1987, lo que supuso un cambio radical en el tratamiento de los
pacientes con litiasis biliar. Aunque la colecistectomía laparoscópica tiene numerosas
ventajas que incluyen reducción en los días de hospitalización, menor morbilidad, menor
tiempo de recuperación y mejor estética, también tiene un mayor riesgo de lesión del
conducto biliar común, duodeno, intestino, vasos iliacos, etc. alta tasa de conversión en
casos de colecistitis aguda y dificultad en el manejo de cálculos que se encuentran en el
conducto biliar común
