El Modelo Harvard y su relación con la satisfacción laboral en los colaboradores del área de planeamiento y presupuesto en una institución pública, 2019
Abstract
El objetivo general fue: Determinar la manera en que el empleo de la metodología
Harvard beneficia la percepción de la satisfacción laboral que tienen los trabajadores del
área de Planeamiento y Presupuesto de una Institución Pública en el año 2019.
Metodología: El tipo de investigación es aplicada, y el diseño que se usó fue no
experimental transversal descriptivo correlacional. La muestra fue no probabilística,
obteniéndose 12 trabajadores. Resultados: Se encontró respuestas para las tres
dimensiones de la satisfacción laboral; que el empleo de la metodología Harvard beneficia
la percepción de satisfacción laboral; asimismo, el empleo de la metodología Harvard
beneficia la percepción de la satisfacción intrínseca; que, el empleo de la metodología
Harvard no beneficia la percepción de la satisfacción extrínseca por condiciones del
puesto y finalmente, el empleo de la metodología Harvard beneficia la percepción de la
satisfacción por las relaciones con los compañeros que tienen los trabajadores del área de
Planeamiento y Presupuesto de una Institución Pública en el año 2019.
