Factores asociados a complicaciones post Colecistectomía laparoscópica en el Hospital San José del Callao, 2018
Abstract
Objetivo: Determinar los factores asociados a las complicaciones post
colecistectomía laparoscópica (Colelap) en el Hospital San José del Callao durante
el 2018.
Metodología: Estudio observacional, analítico, retrospectivo de tipo caso y
controles. Se analizó los datos de 43 casos y 86 controles que fueron seleccionados
mediante un muestreo aleatorio simple. La variable dependiente fue la presencia
de complicaciones post-Colelap y las variables independientes fueron: Edad,
sobrepeso, sexo, comorbilidades, tipo de cirugía, presencia de complicaciones
intraoperatorias y hallazgos prequirúrgicos. El análisis descriptivo uso frecuencias y
porcentajes para las variables cualitativas. Para el análisis bivariado, se utilizó el chi
cuadrado para las pruebas categóricas, se calculó posteriormente un Odds Ratios
crudo (ORc) con su intervalo de confianza al 95%. En el análisis multivariado, se
usó la regresión logística y un Odds Ratios ajustado (ORa) con su intervalo de
confianza (IC de 95%) del riesgo de complicaciones post-Colelap; se considerará
un p<0.05 como significativo.
Resultados: Tener una edad de 40 años al momento de la cirugía( ORa : 4,72 ;
IC95% de 1,30 a 17,18 ), tener sobrepeso (ORa : 6,87; IC95% de 1,77 a 26,72 ),
padecer de alguna comorbilidad (ORa : 4,21 ; IC95% de 1,48 a 11,98 ) , tener
cirugía emergencia (ORa : 6,05; IC95% de 1,65 a 22,14 ) y haber presentado
complicaciones intraoperatorias (ORa : 4,80 ; IC95% de 1,15 a 19,95 ) son factores
asociados con la presencia de complicaciones posteriores a la realización de una
colelap.
Conclusiones: La edad, el estado nutricional, las comorbilidades, el tipo de cirugía
y las complicaciones intraoperatorias están asociados con complicaciones post
colelap.
