Master plan de regeneración urbana del barrio San Lázaro “La inserción de lo contemporáneo en un Centro Histórico degradado”
Abstract
“Master Plan de Regeneración urbana del Barrio de San Lázaro” se encuentra inscrito en el ámbito urbano y arquitectónico, puntualmente en la regeneración de un centro histórico degradado en una zona central de la ciudad, haciendo énfasis en la consideración e importancia de la contemporaneidad física, visual y funcional en un Centro Histórico, así como también el cómo propiciar la inserción del mismo sin disminuir la identidad que caracteriza a una zona como esta, centrándose en temas de la planificación y regeneración urbana, la reutilización de edificios, el diseño, propuesta y plan estratégico de la ciudad en base a su historia, tradición, memoria y evolución del lugar, que permita el poder recalificar usos, plantear nuevas alturas, densidades y el proceso de ejecución, conectando así la ciudad histórica con la ciudad actual, sirviendo como directriz para generar ciudad a modo de bisagra entre dos zonas que parecen distantes, distintas y ajenas, pero las cuales no deberían dar esa percepción a los ciudadanos, si no la de una evolución con el tiempo, conjunta y unificada.
