El desarrollo de la arquitectura comercial implica identificar los componentes principales de una organización y sus relaciones para conseguir los objetivos del negocio. Actuando como una fuerza integradora entre aspectos de planificación del negocio, aspectos de operación de negocio y aspectos tecnológicos.
Con el pasar del tiempo las empresas son más complejas y están en constante cambio, por lo que requieren la implantación de una arquitectura empresarial como parte del establecimiento de un conjunto de directrices arquitectónicas que permitan asegurar un desarrollo armónico entre los modelos y necesidades.
El mercado de oficinas Prime en la ciudad de Lima Metropolitana ha ido en incremento, siendo un ámbito inmobiliario comercial más atractivo que el de viviendas. Según los últimos reportes de Colliers International, para el primer trimestre del año 2018 la vacancia es de 25.7% que aumentará progresivamente al final de este año y permitirá el desarrollo de proyectos arquitectónicos.
En este contexto es que se plantea la nueva sede corporativa para la SBS en el distrito de San Isidro, que responde a las condiciones actuales del mercado y como consecuencia de una necesidad de expansión y mejora en infraestructura. Complementando la oferta competitiva y exigente en el mercado de oficinas Prime, se pondrá un especial cuidado a la hora de definir el producto que saldrá al mercado y que deberá responder a factores externos como la vocación de la zona en donde se encuentra y a las necesidades de la organización.
