Centro empresarial para la micro y pequeña empresa del Parque Industrial de Villa el Salvador
Abstract
El parque industrial fue concebido para la actividad industrial en el distrito de villa el salvador, donde la micro y pequeña empresa (mypes) fueron agrupándose hasta conformar un conjunto de empresas que se ha extendiendo en el extremo norte del distrito, estas empresas al ir en aumento se han auto-organizado de tal manera que actualmente se identifica 7 asociaciones gremiales manufactureras.
Estos gremios evidencian problemas comunes que les impide desarrollarse como empresa, principalmente en asesorías y capacitaciones empresariales. En una encuesta realizado por la municipalidad de villa el salvador con el apoyo del ministerio de trabajo, señala que más del 90% de las mypes presentan deficiencia en temas de gestión de sus empresas, además no cuentan con servicios de asesorías en áreas administrativas, financiera, contables y afines, ni tampoco con la infraestructura necesaria para poder desarrollarse como empresarios.
La falta de espacios para eventos y reuniones como los showrroms, auditorio, minimizan el acceso de promoción de sus actividades, además dificulta la relación de los distintos gremios empresariales donde podrían desarrollar una mejor dinámica empresarial que les permita conocerse entre ellos con la finalidad de potenciar sus actividades económicas.
Existe una desinformación en acceder a mercados nacionales e internacionales para la exportación de sus productos, así como también una ventana de promoción utilizando tecnologías de comunicación como las redes informáticas.
