La introducción del diseño de edificaciones híbrido transformables en el Mercado Inmobiliario de Lima

La ciudad de Lima se ha quedado atrapada en el pasado. Esto se ve reflejado en la arquitectura que se construye hoy en día, pues es la misma o muy parecida a aquella de hace algunas décadas. A lo largo de nuestra formación en Arquitectura, identificamos este inconveniente, por lo que, en esta tesis para optar por el título de arquitectos, intentamos subsanar este problema.
Otro aspecto que se ha identificado en la ciudad de Lima es la falta latente de terrenos vacíos, lo que genera que se debe aprovechar al máximo cada uno de ellos. Este problema puede ser solucionado mediante un edificio híbrido. En él, se pueden mezclar funciones como vivienda, comercio, cultura y oficinas para optimizar el uso del terreno. Por otro lado, en vista de que, en Lima, se tiene el inconveniente del tránsito, que consume el tiempo de las personas al punto de que estas invierten, en promedio, dos horas de su día solo para transportarse, ello se evitaría con un edificio híbrido, ya que viviendas y oficinas estarían separadas solo por distancias caminables.
Pero existe un problema: ya existen muchos edificios híbridos. ¿En qué resaltaría el nuestro? ¿Qué lo haría diferente? Como respuesta se tiene diseñar un edificio híbrido transformable. Con esto, la edificación se adaptaría a las necesidades que tendrían sus usuarios con el paso del tiempo, teniendo mecanismos transformables tanto internos como externos. Para ilustrar mejor esta idea, se tiene el ejemplo de una joven pareja que compra un departamento con un solo dormitorio, pero, con el paso de los años, tienen un hijo y necesitan otra habitación. Lo normal es que se busquen otro lugar para vivir, pero, gracias al diseño de nuestro edificio, no tendrían que hacer eso, ya que se adaptaría a sus nuevas necesidades.
