Mejoras en la gestión de proyectos de rellenos sanitarios para cumplir con las bases de un contrato colaborativo

El presente trabajo propone mejoras a la gestión de proyectos de construcción para cumplir con las bases de un contrato colaborativo. El objeto de estudio es una obra de construcción de relleno sanitario ubicado en la ciudad y provincia de Azángaro, en el departamento de Puno; las mejoras se lograrán utilizando, simultáneamente, dos metodologías innovadoras: las herramientas Lean Construction y Agile.
Así, se demostrará que el continuar priorizando una metodología tradicional, también llamado en cascada, para la gestión de los proyectos de construcción es ineficiente. Por tanto, afecta la productividad de los procesos a lo largo de su ejecución. De este modo, como Lean Construction se empleará el método de Last Planner System a fin de cumplir lo planificado –referente a tiempo– en un plazo razonable y corto. Ello permitirá inferir que es posible aumentar la productividad de la construcción, empleando estrictamente los recursos y/o materiales necesarios.
Por el lado de Agile se utilizará el método de Scrum, ya que al ser la industria de la construcción altamente cambiante y, por ende, impredecible, su enfoque flexible, capacidad de adaptación y entorno permanente de trabajo en equipo facilita el desarrollar soluciones inmediatas cuando pueda existir el riesgo de no cumplir con lo planificado (incluso con el Last Planner System).
En suma, la aplicación complementaria de dichas herramientas brindará resultados positivos tanto en la planificación como en el control de seguimiento de la gestión de proyecto de construcción.
