La presente investigación titulada “Plan de ejecución para establecer los flujos de
trabajo coordinado en proyectos de edificaciones multifamiliares” tuvo como objetivo
determinar un plan de ejecución, con la finalidad de establecer un flujo de trabajo
coordinado a través del uso de la metodología Building Information Modelling (BIM) en
el distrito de Lince, provincia de Lima. A mediados del 2019 el Estado peruano, como
parte de una estrategia económica, aprobó el plan de implementación BIM. En el cual se
establece que la metodología BIM sea implementado de manera progresiva en los
diversos proyectos públicos del país. Ya para el 2030 deberá ser obligatorio en todos los
proyectos de inversiones públicos. La metodología utilizada emplea un método
deductivo, con una orientación aplicada y con un enfoque mixto. La investigación será de
tipo descriptiva y explicativa, además su nivel será descriptivo. El diseño de la
investigación será no experimental, transversal y prospectivo. Entre los principales
problemas identificados se observa que un promedio del 40% no conocen sobre un plan
de ejecución BIM. Es decir, que 40 de cada 100 profesionales de la construcción de
viviendas multifamiliares, no tienen conocimientos o ideas claras sobre determinar un
plan de ejecución para establecer un flujo de trabajo coordinado. En el desarrollo del
proyecto Arequipa se encontraron deficiencias al establecer un trabajo colaborativo. La
guía empleada mejora los flujos de trabajo, logrando una coordinación integral y eficiente
en la organización de la información, generación de referencias, modelamiento BIM,
reporte de incompatibilidades y entregables de la información.
