La presente investigación titulada “Determinar la relación entre perforación,
voladura, especificaciones técnicas y los costos unitarios en las partidas de movimiento de
tierras a nivel de roca fija para carreteras” tuvo como objetivo determinar en qué medida, el
considerar la teoría de perforación y voladura en las partidas de movimiento de tierras a nivel
de roca fija, influye al momento de elaborar los costos unitarios.
Se realizó una investigación cuantitativa, cualitativa, descriptiva y explicativa; que consistió
en el estudio de manuales y libros de perforación y voladura; tesis y artículos que nos
permitiera tener una idea más clara sobre estas actividades, y así poder elaborar una hoja de
cálculo que nos permita estimar los costos unitarios. Se revisaron 10 expedientes técnicos
aprobados por el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones bajo la modalidad de
consultoría de obra, y otros 5 aprobados por gobiernos locales; siendo estos proyectos de la
costa, sierra y selva del Perú. Así determinamos cuantos de estos expedientes consideraban
las técnicas de perforación y voladura en la elaboración de los costos unitarios, y con la ayuda
de la hoja de cálculo, determinamos que estos costos podían optimizarse hasta en un 64%.
