Marketing como herramienta eficaz para el crecimiento y posicionamiento de las empresas de servicio de transporte de carga: el caso de una empresa mediana
Abstract
El propósito de la presente investigación es presentar una propuesta metodológica para
confirmar cómo el marketing puede mejorar las ventas de las empresas de transporte de
carga en el Perú. El modelo estructural de la investigación consideró las ventas de las
empresas de transporte de carga como variable dependiente. Las variables independientes
estuvieron vinculadas a la experiencia, costo de transporte de carga, entrega, calidad de
la entrega y la orientación al marketing de la empresa transportista. Se utilizaron criterios
estadísticos para determinar el número de encuestas. Se usaron procedimientos no
paramétricos para calcular rankings de las variables dependientes e independientes,
respectivamente. Se asignaron valores con criterios de la escala de Likert y se estimó el
coeficiente de correlación de rango de Spearman. Los resultados confirmaron la
influencia positiva del marketing sobre las ventas de las empresas de transporte de carga,
así como la de la mayor experiencia, menor costo de transporte de carga, entrega
oportuna, calidad intacta de la entrega y la orientación al marketing de las empresas
transportistas en el Perú.
