Nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes de enfermería sobre el rol del docente universitario de una institución educativa privada
Abstract
La satisfacción de los estudiantes se define como uno de los
factores más importantes a la hora de medir la calidad de los servicios de
enseñanza superior. La calidad de la docencia es vital para el perfil del
estudiante, tomando en cuenta que la adecuada docencia promueve la
adquisición de conocimientos que seduzca y atraiga al estudiante. La siguiente
investigación es de importancia porque se espera que se llegue a conocer el
nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes vinculado al rol que los docentes están
desempeñando durante su formación superior. Objetivo: determinar el nivel de
satisfacción del estudiante frente al rol del docente universitario de la Escuela
de Enfermería Padre Luis Tezza durante el periodo 2018-II. Metodología:
estudio cuantitativo, método descriptivo, nivel básico y diseño no experimental
de corte transversal. El estudio se realizó en una muestra de 54 estudiantes de
la Escuela de Enfermería Padre Luis Tezza. Se utilizó un cuestionario
modificado tipo Lickert que constó de 30 preguntas distribuidas en 6
dimensiones. Resultados: Se obtuvo que el 54% de estudiantes de enfermería
tienen un nivel medio de satisfacción sobre el rol del docente universitario.
Conclusión: El nivel de satisfacción del estudiante de enfermería sobre el rol
del docente universitario de la Escuela de Enfermería Padre Luis Tezza
durante el periodo 2018-II es de nivel medio.
