Diagnósticos de reingreso en los neonatos atendidos en el Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo en el periodo 2010 - Mayo 2016.
Abstract
Objetivo: Determinar los diagnósticos de reingreso en los neonatos atendidos
en el Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo en el periodo 2010 – mayo 2016.Tipo de
estudio: Descriptivo, Transversal, Observacional y Retrospectivo. Materiales y
método: Se trabajó con 80 neonatos. Para el procesamiento y análisis
estadístico de los datos se utilizaron las técnicas estadísticas descriptivas. Para
las variables cuantitativas, se usaron las medidas de tendencia central, sea
media o mediana y sus respectivas medidas de dispersión, según sea el caso
de una variable normal o no normal; lo cual se diferenció haciendo la prueba
de normalidad de Shapiro Wilk. Se analizaron los datos con el software STATA
11.0 y Microsoft Excel. Resultados: El diagnóstico más frecuente de reingreso
fue la hiperbilirrubinemia con un 82.5%, seguido de incompatibilidad de grupo
con un 22.5%, sepsis y deshidratación con un 18.75% cada uno. De los que
tenían hiperbilirrubinemia, la incompatibilidad de grupo fue la primera causa de
la misma con un 28.81%. El sexo más frecuente fue el masculino con un 54%.
La mediana de edad gestacional fue 39 semanas y 3204gr del peso al nacer,
87% con adecuado peso para edad gestacional, Apgar de 9 al primer y quinto
minuto. Parto vaginal fue el más frecuente con un 61%, la mediana de la edad
materna fue 26 años, 70% fueron primíparas, la mediana de los controles
prenatales fue 8.5. Conclusiones: Los diagnósticos de reingreso más
frecuentes son hiperbilirrubinemia por incompatibilidad de grupo, sepsis y
deshidratación.
