Factores asociados a cesáreas de emergencia en el Hospital Dos de Mayo enero – agosto, 2021
Abstract
Introducción: La cirugía de emergencia es aquella en la cual, existe un
riesgo vital ya sea para la madre como para el feto, que, de no realizarse este
procedimiento, las consecuencias pueden ser fatales. Objetivo: Identificar los
factores asociados a cesáreas de emergencia en el Hospital Nacional Dos de
Mayo. Enero- agosto, 2021. Métodos: El presente estudio es un diseño
observacional, analítico de corte transversal; la población fue de 408 gestantes.
Se aplicó los modelos lineales generalizados, la asociación entre la variable
dependiente e independiente se hizo a través de la prueba de Poisson con un
estimador robusto, el análisis se realizó en el software SPSSv25. Resultados:
Se encontró una asociación significativa entre los controles prenatales menores
de seis p<0.001, RP: 1.74, IC (1.47-2.05); COVID-19 p<0.001, RP: 2.04, IC
(1.65-2.52); preeclampsia, p< 0.001, RP: 2.75, IC (2.24- 3.36); sufrimiento fetal
agudo p <0.001, RP: 3.27, IC (2.69-3.97); el retardo del crecimiento intrauterino
P <0.001, RP: 1.57, IC (1.19-2.07) edad gestacional pretérmino, p:0.005, RP:
1.49 IC (1.13-1.96) con las cesáreas de emergencia. Conclusiones: Los factores
asociados a cesárea de emergencia fueron: controles prenatales, diagnóstico de
Covid-19, preeclampsia, sufrimiento fetal agudo, el retardo del crecimiento
intrauterino y edad gestacional.
