Tacaraca Resort: Turismo y cultura en el distrito de Pueblo Nuevo, Ica
Abstract
Es un proyecto que se desarrolla dentro de la arquitectura turística y cultural, puesto que su
usuario principal es el turista, ofreciendo un status quo de infraestructura arquitectónica y
bienestar social mediante servicios ofrecidos tanto personales, sociales y ocupacionales.
El proyecto se enfoca en el diseño de un hotel resort de 3 estrellas, con el fin de otorgar una
experiencia distinta a la que habitualmente se desarrolla, atendiendo las necesidades requeridas,
pues se busca desarrollar el turismo dentro del departamento de Ica, en Pueblo Nuevo,
aportando un incremento de la curva de oferta en el sector turismo, mediante una arquitectura
turística, comercial y cultural, respecto a que se busca la puesta en valor de la Huaca que su
ubicación colinda con la ubicación del proyecto; también, aspectos social con el fin de
optimizar el desarrollo económico y social.
El servicio abarca la interacción cultural y social. Pues la localización cuenta con un potencial
que permite desarrollar los recursos culturales y sociales. Además, por el desarrollo de la
infraestructura es una propuesta de servicio diferente a lo tradicional (Anexo B). La zona
seleccionada se sustenta por su potencial recreativo, recursos turísticos naturales,
recreacionales, culturales y sociales.
La propuesta implica la habilitación urbana, como paso previo al desarrollo, el proyecto
Tacaraca Resort, es una zona eriaza de aproximadamente 2.28 hectáreas y colinda con el sitio
arqueológico Tacaraca, optando por una visualización a las Dunas. El acceso a esta zona es
mediante la Panamericana Sur en el kilómetro 313 aproximadamente a 12 minutos de la ciudad
de Ica. El terreno del proyecto de tesis se encuentra en paralelo al Fundo Tacaraca.
