Diseño de una vivienda verde unifamiliar, aplicado a un desarrollo sostenible en Huánuco

La implementación de las viviendas denominadas verdes con tecnologías eco
amigables que puedan contribuir al desarrollo sostenible, mediante criterios de
sostenibilidad, como por ejemplo el uso de paneles solares, aerogeneradores, sistema de
aguas grises, que conlleva a ser una vivienda eco eficiente y muestra beneficios
inmensurables tanto para el quien lo habita y para quien lo perciba en su entorno.
El presente proyecto de investigación, realiza un diseño de una vivienda verde unifamiliar
aplicable a climas cálidos – húmedos, específicamente en la ciudad de Huánuco – Perú.
Para ello se investigaron viviendas sostenibles en toda parte del mundo, la cual siendo la
zona de estudio la propia ciudad de Huánuco, analizando los estados meteorológicos de
la zona, como por ejemplo la orientación del sol, velocidades del viento que conllevan a
comprender como va interactuar con la vivienda verde, así mismo se implementó el uso
de las tecnologías eco amigables como los paneles solares, un aerogenerador y un sistema
de aguas grises, dando como resultado el uso eficiente de cada uno de ellos.
Consecutivamente se analizó los costos del diseño, tanto para las instalaciones eléctricas
y sanitarias. El uso eficiente de los materiales que hizo uso de criterios de sostenibilidad
para la implementación propiamente dicha.
Se analizó sísmicamente mediante el software ETABS para poder determinar la zona
sísmica usando la norma E030 respetando la norma de edificaciones correspondientemente.
Se considera que el presente trabajo es viable de aplicación en la zona de estudio, así
mismo se recomienda ampliar las investigaciones para estudios a futuro.
