El tema propuesto es un proyecto arquitectónico, de un “Centro comercial aplicando un diseño paramétrico en el distrito de Los Olivos”.
Se encuentra en el ámbito urbano arquitectónico del sector comercial, que busca satisfacer la demanda de compra de productos y mostrar las virtudes
de un diseño paramétrico. Se escogió este uso porque
En Lima, cuando se ubica estratégicamente, los centros comerciales se caracterizan por su gran acogida. Por ello presentan problemas de gran
afluencia y saturación. En el distrito de Los Olivos se encuentra el centro comercial Mega plaza, el cual es uno de los más concurridos de Lima
metropolitana debido a que hay una necesidad de compra de productos y los usuarios, en su mayoría, son jóvenes-adultos.
El proyecto será un modelo original que sirve como pauta para que sea un referente en proyectos similares que busquen aplicar un diseño
paramétrico, estará orientado a concentrar actividades de comercio lo que requerirá diversos tipos de infraestructuras como: tiendas anclas, un eje de
tiendas pequeñas, un patio de comidas, restaurantes, etc.
