Comparación técnica y económica de la protección local para el control de erosión en el Puente Ignacio Escudero – Piura

El propósito de esta investigación fue identificar la mejor alternativa aplicable
para el control de erosión en el Puente Ignacio Escudero Km 24 +000 del corredor vial
nacional Sullana – Aguas Verdes Ruta Nacional PE1N a través de una comparación
técnica económica, para ello se seleccionó dos sistemas de control de erosión aplicables
en este caso: Gavión tipo caja y Geobolsas, con los cuales se realizó el diseño e hicimos
el análisis de estabilidad en los sectores afectados utilizando el software Slide V.6.0 y el
software Gawacwin, además fueron sometidos a una evaluación económica y se
compararon los costos de construcción por m3.
Previo al estudio se recopilo información del proyecto del expediente técnico “ Ejecución
de la obra: Rehabilitación del eje vial Nº01 Piura – Guayaquil – Perú – Ecuador”,
publicado por Provias Nacional, de donde se obtuvo ubicación, topografía, parámetros
geométricos y diseño, los cuales en conjunto dieron lugar al modelo geotécnico
conceptual del estudio de investigación, también se recogieron datos de precipitaciones
anuales de la estación Pananga el cual pertenece al SENAMHI, con estos datos se hizo el
estudio hidrológico, que permitieron calcular el caudal de diseño con lo cual se realizó el
modelo hidráulico, conformando así las bases para los análisis de comparación técnico
económico.
En nuestros resultados más significativos se obtuvo que la mejor alternativa técnico
económico para el control de erosión del puente es el uso de Geobolsas debido a su fácil
construcción en la zona, resistencia a la velocidad de la corriente de agua de la quebrada,
alta estabilidad, y un mejor costo el cual demanda una menor inversión.
