Colelitiasis como factor asociado al hígado graso no alcohólico en el servicio de gastroenterologia, Hospital San José, Callao, 2017-2019
Abstract
Objetivo: Determinar la asociación entre colelitiasis y el Hígado Graso No
Alcohólico en pacientes del Servicio de Gastroenterología del Hospital San José del
Callao en el 2017-2019. Materiales y Métodos: Estudio observacional transversal
analítico. En el cual se estudió a 223 pacientes con el diagnostico de colelitiasis
divididos en expuestos y no expuestos a Hígado Graso No Alcohólico y ver su
asociación. Resultados: los que tuvieron hígado graso no alcohólico (HGNA) su
edad fue de 49.04 y 65.56% fueron del género femenino y el 54.44% tuvieron grado
de instrucción secundaria. El promedio de su IMC fue de 31.81 siendo el caso que
el 63.33% tuvo obesidad, el 92.22% (n=83) presenta colelitiasis y el 28.89% fue
colecistectomizado tras analizar todas las covariables, se encontró que el IMC
(prueba de t-student, p=0.02), la Hipertensión Arterial (prueba de Chi-2, p=0.001),
la Colecistectomía (prueba de Chi-2, p=0.0001) y la colelitiasis (prueba de Chi-2,
p=0.002) fueron significativas.. Conclusiones: En nuestro estudio se encontró que
la colelitiasis es un factor asociado a HGNA, esta relación se mantuvo en el análisis
multivariado
