Evaluación técnico económica utilizando Geomallas y afirmado en cimentaciones superficiales, caso: Lote 37 de la Urb. Brisas de Oquendo – Callao
Abstract
La investigación tuvo por objetivo principal realizar una evaluación técnica – económico
de dos alternativas de solución: Geomallas y Afirmado, en cimentaciones superficiales.
A fin de realizar un mejoramiento de suelos, con el propósito de que dicho suelo pueda
tolerar los esfuerzos transmitidos por la estructura de una edificación para vivienda de 4
pisos. El suelo en estudio está ubicado en el Lote 37 de Urbanización Brisas de Oquendo,
Ventanilla – Callao.
Para ello, se desarrolló una metodología de investigación del tipo cuantitativa, tipo y nivel
de investigación descriptiva y de orientación aplicada.
La evaluación técnica permitió determinar que ambas alternativas de solución son
factibles. Utilizando Geomallas se concluyó que es viable cimenta a un Df = 0.70 m y
Afirmado como material de reemplazo, a un Df = 1.90 m.
La evaluación económica permitió determinar que la opción menos costosa es utilizar
Afirmado. El Costo Directo por construir la zapata Z-2 utilizando una Geomalla fue de
S/. 3,241.98 y utilizando Afirmado S/. 2,599.24.
Por lo tanto, La evaluación técnico económica entre Geomallas y Afirmado permitió
determinar que utilizar Afirmado es la mejor opción en cimentaciones superficiales para
el caso estudiado.
