Aplicación de cavitación acústica en sistemas destiladores para mejorar la calidad del agua que consumen los analizadores bioquimicos C311 de la empresa Productos Roche Q.F.S.A. en Lima
Abstract
La presente tesis titulada “Aplicación de cavitación acústica en sistemas destiladores para mejorar la calidad del agua que consumen los analizadores bioquímicos c311 de la empresa productos roche Q.F.S.A. en lima”, se planteó como una adición a los actuales sistemas de tratamiento de agua para equipos biomédicos, esto con el fin de garantizar la calidad del agua mediante la cavitación acústica.
Aplicando conocimientos de electrónica, se logró diseñar un circuito que, en conjunto con unos transductores piezoeléctricos, indujo el fenómeno de la cavitación acústica vaporizando el agua con ondas ultrasónicas y garantizando no solo la destilación si no también la eliminación de microrganismos. Adicional a este proceso se utilizaron filtros de membrana para facilitar la condensación del vapor y filtros ultravioleta para mejorar la filtración del agua.
Las pruebas se realizaron en un ambiente controlado, donde al añadir el sistema al final de un equipo de osmosis inversa, la calidad del agua mejoro notablemente, esto se comprobó realizando pruebas en el analizador c311, el mismo que arrojo resultados de controles más estables después de ser alimentado con esta agua tratada. Los resultados obtenidos fueron mucho más cercanos a la media cuando se trabajó con agua tratada con el sistema propuesto, que cuando se trabajó con agua sin este tratamiento.
