Inferencia difusa para diagnosticar causas de sobrecalentamiento del sistema de refrigeración en un generador eléctrico

La Marina de Guerra del Perú cuenta con un generador eléctrico de 175 KVA con
problemas de sobrecalentamiento y no puede ser usado de manera continua, debido
a tal problema este proyecto de tesis tuvo como objetivo principal aplicar la
inferencia difusa a un prototipo de diagnóstico de las causas de sobrecalentamiento
del sistema de refrigeración de un generador eléctrico de motor diesel. Pues, la
principal causa de sobrecalentamiento en un sistema de refrigeración es la
existencia de fugas. Al ser un sistema presurizado, la existencia de una fuga en el
sistema compromete la eficiencia de la refrigeración, debido a que el líquido
presurizado tiene una temperatura de ebullición más alta; además, una fuga permite
la disminución de la presión, por lo cual el líquido puede llegar a su punto de
ebullición, evaporarse y perder su función refrigerante lo cual es nocivo para el
correcto funcionamiento del motor. Por tal razón, la implementación del algoritmo
de inferencia difusa se implementó utilizando la librería FUZZY LOGIC del
software Labview, basado en el método de Mandani con 2 entradas: DIF DE
PRESIÓN y CO2, 2 salidas: INTERNA y EXTERNA y un total de 49 reglas con el
operador AND. Por lo cual, se recurrió al diseño de un prototipo eléctrico y
mecánico para la adquisición de las señales de entrada, utilizando una tarjeta de
desarrollo basado en un microcontrolador ARM, un sensor de presión y un sensor
que mide la concentración de CO2. De esta manera, al realizar las pruebas finales,
se alcanzó encontrar la causa del sobrecalentamiento en un generador de la marina
de guerra del Perú, del 100 % de las pruebas realizadas solo el 2% entregaron
resultados errados.
