La creciente demanda de productos y su adquisición online, proyectan un gran
incremento en la construcción de centros de distribución (CD), éstos en búsqueda de
eficiencia, implementan las mayores tecnologías posibles. La presente tesis “Proceso
constructivo de una losa industrial de concreto hidráulico con fibras de acero y sus beneficios
obtenidos en su ejecución en un centro de distribución” analizó los procesos constructivos de
uno de los elementos más importantes para los CD de alta eficiencia, como lo es la losa
superplana de gran panel, para determinar los beneficios obtenidos por su implementación.
La tesis fue desarrollada a través de metodología de investigación descriptiva y de
correlaciones. Se utilizó el diseño de investigación experimental, para explicar los beneficios
observados en el proceso constructivo y el diseño longitudinal para determinar los ensayos
previos al realizar el proceso constructivo.
La ejecución de una losa de concreto hidráulico con mallas de acero y paños pequeños
es una de las más convencionales, sin embargo, con fines de mejorar plazos de ejecución y
los costos se planteó colocar fibras de acero en la mezcla de concreto hidráulico para
optimizar el tiempo de colocación, también se agregó aditivo de retracción compensada link
EVR, la que hace posible tener paños de concertó de hasta 40 metros por 40 metros.
Los resultados mostraron el desempeño productivo al implementar fibras de acero,
aditivo EVR link y maquinaria especializada, reduciendo costos de hasta 2 millones soles en
costo y obteniendo 33 días de ejecución menos.
